Gender Differences in Twitter Complaints

چکیده

This study aimed to identify and compare the different strategies used by males females in making complaints. Both genders adopt when In this qualitative study, content analysis method was adopted, based on Trosborg's Theory of Complaint, complaints messages posted 23 Twitter users were analyzed. The results showed that perform dissatisfaction more frequently than females.
